Cinemaximiliaan is celebrating it’s 10th anniversary this year (2015-2025) there is no better place than the equally 10-years-old artist’s place LaVallée to throw a Sadaka party as the nightlife climax of this 2nd edition of Molenfest.

Dear partners, friends and enthusiasts of Molenbeek for Brussels 2030, come follow the rhythm of the beat on Saturday 6 September 22h30 at LaVallée.

Sadaka means generosity without expecting anything in return. Sadaka is a way of acting, with kindness, with respect, with the belief that we’re stronger when we support one another. “It shows up when we make room for someone whose voice is often left out.” molenbeekforbrussels2030.eu

TONIGHT’s DJs

Brussels-based DJ Rokia Bamba only realized quite late that she was not only a good radio DJ – she has been doing that since she was twelve, among others for Radio Campus – but that she could also get people to dance. She particularly likes doing that at socially engaged parties. Expect groovy hip-hop, plural Afrobeat, fiery house and electric techno.

prncjdg is a Palestinian DJ, member of Liaison.music & Corne de Gazelle. Known for his dynamic sets and ever-evolving sound, he brings a deep love for musical diversity to the decks. While his style often leans towards electronic music, he has a soft spot for selections that draw from Levantine pop of the late 90s and early 2000s.

Nazanin Yalda is an Iranian musician and one-half of Floèmee, a Brussels-based duo crafting electro-Iranian sounds (Tashattot). Currently immersed in the experimental and underground scene, her set blends eclectic influences while mostly spotlighting experimental artists from the SWANA region—perfect for both deep listening and moving bodies.

Let’s celebrate life, hope and solidarity with people threatened by global wars.
