We created the Silent Film Live Music project, engaging 6 international directors created their own interpretations on the theme of Solitude under the script guidance of Jaco Van Dormael and Sulaiman Addonia, and then filmed their story in various ways. In addition to the thematic thread, all films are bound by their formal approach. Always in 4:3, black and white and without dialogue, but always with a unique and idiosyncratic effect.

These 6 silent films formed the basis for the Brussels musical duo Simon Ho (Switzerland) and Hannibal Saad (Lebanon, USA), who composed unique musical interpretations together with a diverse musical team.
